BEFORE
I was scared of the dentist, so I rarely went. But my teeth got so bad that I had to go.
The previous dentist I visited was not very good. While looking for a different dentist, I went through ABK and received consultation and treatment from them.
I was really scared of going to the dentist and hated going alone, but going with ABK made me feel very reassured because having someone by my side made it less scary.
Located near Exit 10 of Gangnam Station, finding it was not difficult.
Since it’s in Gangnam, there were plenty of attractions nearby, and it was nice to take a look around after it was over.
After arriving at the clinic, I filled out a simple chart and had an X-ray taken to ensure an accurate consultation.
After that, I went to the treatment room to consult with the dentist, who also checked the actual condition of my teeth.
Then, while looking at the CT images, the dentist carefully explained which parts needed treatment.
Finally, the consultant went over the treatment plan decided by the dentist once more and showed before and after photos.
I had a lot of aversion to the dentist, but after hearing this explanation, I felt somewhat at ease.
I was really worried on the day of the surgery.
When I arrived at the clinic, they measured my blood pressure first and then immediately proceeded with the anesthesia.
The anesthesia was slightly painful, but it was not unbearable.
After the anesthesia was administered, I listened to the explanation of the consent form until the anesthesia took effect.
When the surgery began, the dentist kept talking to me, which made me feel less worried and even a little sleepy.
The pain was less than I expected, and although I was initially worried because the machines were loud, I felt fine afterwards.
During the surgery, my mouth had to stay open, so it was a bit uncomfortable afterward, but other than that, there wasn’t much discomfort or pain.
Originally, three surgeries were required, but this time, they performed two at once, so only one final session is needed.
Now we need to wait until the implant settles properly, then visit the clinic again to place the crown.
I used to really hate going to the dentist, but thanks to ABK, I found a good clinic.
They stayed with me throughout the treatment, providing various kinds of help, so I was able to complete the surgery successfully.
Now it seems my fear of the dentist is gone.
I am very satisfied with the process after being selected as a model.
