Many people, regardless of gender, think about their skin,

but it’s not easy to consistently maintain this. 

So today, I’d like to introduce good skin habits.

Firstly, drinking plenty of water is essential.

No matter how many times it’s said, drinking water remains one of the most crucial aspects. Generally, adults are advised to drink about 2 liters of water per day.

Drinking water helps to flush out toxins from the body, promotes active metabolism, and aids in smooth bowel movements.

However, if you replace water with coffee or other beverages, it’s important to note that they cannot substitute for water, and you may risk dehydration if you don’t consume enough water.

Next is getting sufficient and quality sleep.

It’s said that adults need to sleep for at least 8 hours a day, so it’s essential to get enough sleep.

Getting proper sleep not only helps with constipation but also contributes to better skin health.

Let’s properly cleanse our skin.

Properly cleansing your skin is also one of the good habits for your skin.

For women, using a lot of makeup products is common, and it’s just as important to remove them thoroughly. It’s necessary to remove makeup thoroughly because if you don’t, foreign substances may remain on your skin, clogging your pores, which can lead to various skin issues.

Finally, it’s important to apply sunscreen properly.

In summer, the sunlight is intense, so naturally, we tend to reach for sunscreen. However, sunscreen should be applied not only in summer but also in any season.
